“I was the first patient seen at the new location and was greeted in friendly manner, had a short wait for the Doctor who was friendly, thorough in explaining all the tests and the results. She explained various options & differences in several of the hearing aid systems available & which might help me the most. 9/28/22 Had my one year checkup this morning. The staff here are all very friendly, efficient, professional and hospitable. Dr Harper was thorough in her summary of my test results. Both she and Dr Clark make me feel comfortable and confident with the testing and care of my hearing aids. Dr Clark was professional, efficient, thorough and friendly as always. Made some minor adjustments to one hearing aid, cleaned both and suggested new tips to improve my hearing. I appreciate the professionalism and hospitality of all the staff as well! 10/8/24 Another annual hearing check up and as my warranty is close to expiring they sent my hearing aids in for new batteries & checkup. They also lent me a loaner set of hearing aids to use till mine get back. Dr Clark is always very thorough in her exams and explains the details clearly so you know what's going on. Fortunately my hearing only showed minor changes. 11/11/25 Brought in my left hearing aid that wasn’t working. The tech checked it out including changing the wire but it still did not work. Fortunately there’s plenty of warranty time left so they’ll send it in for replacement. All the staff here are friendly,efficient & professionals. 2/18/2026 picked up a replacement hearing aid this morning. Dr Clark got both aids recalibrated & paired properly with the app on my phone. 4/15/26 I came in to have my left hearing aid adjusted for an annoying sqreeching sound. Dr Kelley got it corrected fairly quickly & efficiently in just a few minutes.”
