Doctor of Audiology
Dr. Kristen Clark earned her Doctor of Audiology degree from Salus University in Pennsylvania in 2009. She previously completed both her Bachelor of Science (1991) and Master of Science (1993) at the University of Wyoming. With more than 24 years of experience in audiology, she has worked across a wide range of settings, including hospitals, large pediatric clinics, ENT practices, private practices, and corporate environments. Dr. Clark is highly regarded in the field of hearing healthcare and has mentored audiology students from both the University of Arizona and Arizona State University. She is a board-certified audiologist, holds credentials from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, and is an active member of the American Academy of Audiology. As the founder of Platinum Hearing, Dr. Clark specializes in diagnosing and treating hearing disorders in both children and adults. She also has extensive experience in the selection, fitting, and management of advanced digital hearing aids and related technologies.

Dr. Debbie Kelley is an audiologist at Platinum Hearing, where she is committed to helping patients improve their quality of life through better hearing. She works with individuals experiencing hearing challenges by providing evaluations, education, and guidance on available treatment options. Dr. Kelley focuses on patient-centered care, taking the time to understand each individual’s needs and listening goals. She believes that better hearing plays a vital role in maintaining strong connections with family, friends, and the world around you.

Laura brings more than 15 years of experience in audiology, having worked closely with ENT specialists in areas such as diagnostic audiometric testing, vestibular evaluations, and hearing aid consultations and fittings. She completed her graduate training in audiology at Arizona State University. With a strong background collaborating with otolaryngologists, Laura has the expertise to guide patients in selecting hearing solutions that best fit their lifestyle and specific type of hearing loss. She also has specialized experience in tinnitus management, using hearing devices to help provide relief for those affected. Outside of work, Laura enjoys photography, hiking, and volunteering with animal rescue organizations, where she photographs cats to help increase their chances of adoption.
